Investment Memorandum is a kind of marketing document, presentation of which to parties interested is necessary in order to achieve investment goals. In particular, the investment memorandum is necessary whenever there is a need to address the offer to the large number of potentially interested parties.
Who the offer concerning Investment Memorandum is addressed to?
- Entities that wish to enter the securities market while significantly reducing the cost of preparing the required in accordance with the law information documents
- Business owners, seeking the possibility of its partial or complete sale

What is included in the Investment Memorandum?
The structure of the memorandum depends on the needs of a particular project. However, there are two basic elements which always includes our memorandum:
- Valuating investment financial model. For the valuation we use method of discounted cash flow and the comparative method.
