- Take care about constant improvement of our professional competence and of environment in which we act
F Consult Principles of Professional Conduct
- Do not engage in any professional conduct involving violence of our Code of Ethics
- Know and follow law regulations. In the event of conflict, we must comply with the more strict law
- Main purpose of our activity is to maintain objectivity and independence - we cannot offer, solicit, or accept any gift, benefit, compensation, or consideration that reasonably could be expected to compromise our own independence and objectivity
- Present fair information only
- Keep material and non-public information received during cooperation with our clients confidential and do not use this information for our own advantage
- Monitor suitability of an investment to expected by our client risk level and rate of return level before we make any investment judgment
- Make full and fair disclosure of all matters that could reasonably be expected to cause conflicts of interest with our clients and prospective clients
